Sound Bath
A deeply restorative and meditative experience designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring you into energetic alignment.
You’ll be guided through a journey of healing sound vibrations using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Tingshas, chimes, and other frequency-rich tools. These sounds aren’t just heard with the ears – they’re felt throughout the body, helping to gently release energetic blockages, reduce physical tension, and invite a profound sense of peace.
The vibrations work on a cellular level, guiding you into a meditative, often dream-like state where the body can shift into deep rest and self-healing. Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and reconnected to themselves after a session.
A sound bath is perfect if you’re seeking relaxation, clarity, stress release, an energy rebalance or simply a moment of calm in a busy world.
No prior experience is needed – just come as you are, and allow the sound to do the rest.
Sound Healing Contraindications:
As a precaution, it is not recommended that you take part in a Sound Healing session in the following situations:
1) When you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy
2) If you have epilepsy, experience seizures or episodes, or have UNMANAGED mental health issues. Including, but not limited to: bi-polar, schizophrenia, complex trauma, PTSD or harmful thoughts towards yourself or others. (General stress, anxiety, depression are OK).
3) If you are intoxicated, ie under the influence of alcohol, prescription or recreational drugs.
4) If you have metal plates or implants in your body. If you have had recent surgery, broken bones or other major physical injuries.
5) If you have a pacemaker fitted or have a heart condition.
6) If you suffer from tinnitus, or other conditions that could be triggered by sound.
