About me

Welcome to The Energy Den, a journey of transformation and healing. My path to becoming a holistic therapist is interwoven with personal experiences and spiritual awakenings that have shaped my approach to healing. From a serendipitous encounter with crystals to pivotal moments that redefined my life’s direction, each step has been a guidepost leading me to where I am today. Here is my story, a tale of resilience, discovery, and the unwavering belief in the power of healing light.

My story begins around 20 years ago when I first discovered crystals while visiting my sister in Colchester. I knew nothing about crystals but I felt their vibration & magic & knew they were a significant part of me & my journey.

 

Fast forward a few years...

My two beautiful sisters & I were involved in a car accident it was horrific, my elder sister sustained a head injury which changed the course of her life. Each night as she lay in her hospital bed I would imagine God’s healing light coming down into her brain, it was a slow recovery but she made it through and lives an amazing and gratitude filled life.

 

A few years later I moved to London for work and very randomly, while sitting on a park bench in Richmond, I came across the amazing Bridget Finklare and discovered Reiki, I had no idea what it was but it seemed so similar to the visualisation I had had when my sister was in hospital & I knew I had to do it.

I trained in Reiki I & I loved it! it was the first time I met my Guides & opened myself up to the spiritual world. Beginning my spiritual Awakening journey.

 

6 months later I trained in Reiki II and knew I wanted to be of service and bring reiki and crystal healing to the world but life or the Universe had a different plan for me for the next few years… I met my husband & had two beautiful Souls to raise …

Just before my 40th birthday I felt a huge calling back to Reiki but because I hadn’t practiced in such a long time I reached out to my Reiki master who reattuned me.

For the last three years I have been working through Shadows, healing wounds and raising my vibration to enable me to fully embrace my soul’s path and now it’s time… My Guides have made it clear, it’s time to step up and into the light it’s time to be of service, to help and support those who are ready or feel the spark of intrigue in their Soul to discover who they came here to be.
It’s time & I am here.
